Tour Details

Pindaya’s magnificent limestone range offers 1-3 days trek options. Our favourite is 3-days trek over the mountain range to charming Yasakyi and Kanhla Kone Villages. The trail traverses the range and finally climbs back over to Pindaya. First day of the trek is most challenging one when you will climb up to the summit ridge. Our Pindaya trek route passes through small farmer villages and forested areas along the mountain range.

We spend two nights in local home stays or in a monastery as guest of local villagers. Mattresses, pillows, blankets and bed linen will be provided and mosquito net. Our guide will prepare meals with local villagers for you.

You can leave your luggage in storage in Pindaya and just carry day pack with change clothes, toiletries and valuables.

Challenge level:  Moderate challenge trek. Some parts can be steep and strenuous to climb but most of the route is relatively easy going.

Highlights

  • One of best easy access “off the beaten trails” short treks in Myanmar
