Lashio Tours and Adventures

Lashio in Northern Shan State is the latest adventure travel destination Myanmar. Whilst the town itself does not have much charm apart from Lashio market, outside Lashio await hidden waterfalls perfect for jumping and swimming. Reservoir lake 30min drive out of town is perfect for SUP touring there are also other creeks and streams suitable for stand up paddle boarding.

The region around Lashio has many Palaung, Wa, Lahu, Lisu and ethnic Shan villages which make nice one or two day excursions. Trekking tours, cycling tours and motorcycle tours to minority villages are possible with prearrangement.

Lashio region has also impressive limestone mountains with caves. We are currently working on some caving trips to add to our tours portfolio.

We organize currently trips to Dark Horse waterfalls, overnight village stays in a Shan community, paddle boarding on reservoir lake, cycling tours and scooter tours to Kutkai and Hsemwi.
